I'm Moin Razaq. Before I set up Maison Accountants I spent nine years in financial restructuring at KPMG, then Alvarez & Marsal and AlixPartners, going into businesses that were already in trouble.
What that taught me
Almost nothing arrives without warning. By the time a business needs restructuring, the root causes have usually been festering for months or years. Poor cash flow visibility, unstructured debt, inefficient tax planning, or simply a lack of real-time management information.
